Product Description

Product introduction: GTQZ Self propelled Jib type Aerial Work Platform is a new product developed by our company. The Self Propelled Telescopic Boom Lifts uses the American Trojan large capacity lead-acid battery as the power source, which can adapt to the field application on rough ground and drive smoothly; Four wheel drive, braking, climbing capacity of 45%;

 

The boom part is a linkage mechanism composed of two groups of parallel four connecting rods, with compact collection volume and large lifting stroke; The middle part is a simple boom telescopic mechanism, which increases the operating range of the platform. Self propelled telescopic boom lifts is applicable to the high-level exhibition arrangement of the venue, as well as the space operation in the workshop with narrow area or space; aerial work platform is especially suitable for continuous high-altitude operations in airport terminals, stations, docks, shopping malls, stadiums, residential properties, factories, mines and workshops.

 

Self Propelled Telescopic Boom Lifts Applications

GTQZ self propelled curved arm aerial work platform is used for up and down control and electric lifting. This self propelled aerial lifting platform is small, flexible, convenient and fast.  This series of self propelled telescopic boom lifts are widely used for lifting operations in municipal, electric power, street lamps, highways, docks, advertisements, gardens, residential property, factories, mining enterprises, workshops and other industries.

 

Self Propelled Telescopic Boom Lifts Features

(1)Strong climbing force and excellent traction force enable the machine to drive on rough ground.

 

(2)The telescopic boom is made of high-strength 8-angle alloy steel. In this way, the welding deformation of the telescopic boom can be minimized, so that the telescopic boom can be durable, and has the best rigidity and weight ratio. The main boom droop size is also minimized.

 

(3)Proportional control operating system.

 

(4)The upper and lower range of the jib is 150 degrees.

 

(5)The telescopic boom lifts platform from Felici can rotate 100 degrees hydraulically from left to right, with platform anti-skid floor and landing sight.

 

(6)Large hydraulic cylinder capacity, continuous hydraulic oil circulation, and good hydraulic system temperature.

 

(7)Program action function: only when the tower boom luffing reaches the maximum angle, can the tower boom telescopic boom extend; Only when the telescopic boom of the tower boom is fully retracted can the tower boom luffing down to prevent forward and backward tipping and ensure the stability of the whole vehicle.

 

(8)A patented weighing device. The patented weighing device of our company is adopted, which can accurately weigh the workload of the workbench. The weighing device is not affected by the position of the load on the platform, and the normal operation of the platform is prevented from being affected by misjudgment.

 

(9)PLC and CAN bus control. One industrial controller is installed on the underframe, turntable and platform respectively. The protection grade of these controllers is IP65. At the same time, advanced CAN bus control is adopted, which has simple circuit and good reliability; Simple maintenance and fault diagnosis.

 

(10)Electronic leveling. The leveling of the working platform relies on the leveling controller to detect the angle of the platform relative to the plumb line, and the output signal controls the leveling proportional valve to achieve automatic leveling, with high leveling accuracy and good reliability.

 

(11)High security. The double spool hydraulic circuit prevents the hydraulic valve from sticking and causing uncontrollable accidents. The emergency power unit ensures that the vehicle can be collected in time even if the engine fails.

 

(12)Anti misoperation function. Prevent the engine from restarting when it is started, and protect the starter and flywheel gear ring; When the platform amplitude and height reach a certain value, the driving speed and boom motion speed will be automatically limited, even if the engine is at a high speed.
